Pipes for heat pumps

PRE-INSULATED PIPES FOR HEAT PUMPS

Pre-insulated pipes for heat pumps, made of very effective insulating aerogel blanket and strong outer shell protecting it from environmental conditions and UV radiation, form a complete solution of top quality. HP PIPE pipes are intended for monobloc air-to-water heat pumps. A signal cable may be installed under the PVC shell.

Insulation material

The HP PIPE pipes demonstrate insulation capability with an exceptionally low heat conductivity coefficient (l = 0.0175W/mK under average temperature of 10°C). The aerogel blanket, manufactured by a nanotechnological process, is a porous substance with extremely good thermal insulation properties, allowing to minimise heat loss during its transport from a heat pump to systems located inside a building.

Resistance to external factors

The pipe is highly resistant to extreme weather conditions, UV radiation, and soil condition due to its unique PVS shell and so-called “non-edibility” of aerogel.

Low thickness of the insulation material

It is very simple and safe to route pipes through walls and building foundations due to low thickness of the insulation material. It allows for optimised use of space in construction partitions, intended for various utility systems, due to low thickness of insulation and potential installation in parallel with other pipeline systems (water supply, HVAC, water discharge etc.).
