EverWarm – PRE-INSULATED PIPES FOR DOMESTIC HOT WATER SYSTEMS
New generation pre-insulated pipes for domestic hot water, with factory-installed aerogel blanket with extraordinary insulation properties, ensure minimum heat loss. The pipe is protected with a PE shell which ensures it is safe from any external factors. The EverWarm solution is a complete system of pre-insulated pipes intended mostly for domestic hot water systems and, specifically, for any systems with circulation applied.
Insulation material
The EverWarm pipes demonstrate extremely low heat conductivity coefficient (Ʌ= 0.0175W/mK under average temperature of 10°C). The aerogel blanket, manufactured by a nanotechnological process, is a porous substance with extremely good thermal insulation properties, allowing to minimise heat loss during its transport.
In addition, it allows to use pipe insulation with three times lower thickness, compared to traditional solutions, with the same heat resistance value.
Durability
Due to its non-edible and non-organic nature, it ensures high level of protection from insects, vermin and birds.
With time, the insulation does not lose its thermal properties, as confirmed by positive test results for a simulated aging time of 60 years.
Low thickness of the insulation material
It is very simple and safe to route pipes through walls and building foundations due to low thickness of the insulation material. It allows for optimised use of space in construction partitions, intended for various utility systems, due to low thickness of insulation and potential installation in parallel with other pipeline systems (water supply, HVAC, water discharge etc.).
